today as i was leaving the convenience store with my chillingly cold keystone light, a thoroughly ghetto superstar axed me if i had a light...i did.  i provided.  and he said thanks man.  more like thanx maaan.  and in this moment of provision, i asked myself, "should i feel good for helping this man?  for being part of the world? or, should i feel real terrible because i gave a smoker a light?"   hmmmm.....questions, questions.

well. life is good.  i got a girl.  and she's gotta guy....

and the mavs are in the finals.  that's almost reason enough to put the other dot on my arm, right?  i miss my friends in oklahoma.  each time i see them, it's like this whole other reality where i feel right at home, and not like a busy body. and real whole inside.  it's not overwhelming.  they're my woman in the john mayer song comfortable.  grey sweatpants, no make up.....

ok.  well. i love you world. and i need for you to get me an easy second job.

i work with this really hilarious woman of color (nigga, she black!)....and she told me on saturday that she was robbed.  she came home, her apartment was in disarray....etc...

well, sunday afternoon she was just cleaning house....moving couch cushions, etc...and she found a gun!!!!  a freaking gun!  well, it was a black metal bb gun, but still, it was the gun they were going to use to force chanita and her man to give up all the bling and whatnot.

that's crazy. and really fun.  when chanita (pronounced Shuhneeta) found the gun she said to Sly (her boyfriend), "who's this?" (because black people can leave out words and it still totally makes sense) and he says "them niggaz!!" real loudly and funny cuz he's black too, and well you know

hahaha.  ok. well, peace out yo.
